Lakers defeat Blazers, claim best record in NBA

I go to the Bahamas for a week and look what happens. The Los Angeles Lakers defeated the Portland Trail Blazers Sunday night, 100-86, to claim the best record in the NBA at 27-5. The best record in the NBA? What happened to the Boston Celtics? When I left on Dec. 26 Boston had just suffered their third loss of the year.
